Selling your home is expensive and the process can be intimidating. The traditional cost to list your home with a licensed real estate broker is around 6-7% of the purchase price.

With our flat fee listing structure ($10,000 listing fee + 2.5-3% paid to the Buyer's Agent) we pass our savings in time and energy on to you, the seller, so you can keep more money in your pocket
