Why flat fee?
Selling your home is expensive and the process can be intimidating. The traditional cost to list your home with a licensed real estate broker is around 6-7% of the purchase price.
In 2025, the age of Zillow and HGTV, homeowners, and homebuyers, are more savvy than ever. We also have more access to technology than ever before that allows us to work quickly and efficiently through the real estate transaction.
With our flat fee listing structure ($10,000 listing fee + 2.5-3% paid to the Buyer's Agent) we pass our savings in time and energy on to you, the seller, so you can keep more money in your pocket.
